Who publishes this site

The business behind every page here is Plaza Orange Concrete, a concrete contractor working out of 2280 N Tustin St in Orange, CA under a C-8 license, C-8 being the class California issues for concrete and nothing else. Nobody sits in the gap between these pages and the crew: no lead broker buying the inquiry on, no franchisor taking a cut, no agency answering the phone in our name. Whoever reads your message is whoever will be standing on your lot with a tape.

What an estimate is, and is not

Estimates are free and each one is measured on the property. That is not a courtesy, it is that nothing about a lot here reads off an aerial photograph: not the depth of what is already down, not whether there is steel in it, not how a truck reaches a narrow run to a rear garage. So nothing on this site is a price and no page of it forms a contract. The figure lives on one sheet, good for 30 days, after which the material cost is checked again.

Permission to reply to you

Pressing send tells Plaza Orange Concrete it may answer that inquiry using whichever of the two you gave it, the telephone number or the email address, and by text where the number takes one. Nothing has to be bought to allow that, and buying nothing does not withdraw it. Message rates are between you and your carrier. STOP on a text stops the texts. What you may do with these pages

Read them, print them, pass one to the person who has to approve the spend. Republishing the text or the photographs is not on, the slabs in them were poured by this crew in this city. The form is there for a genuine concrete inquiry, not for anything else. Nothing here is specific to your address, it is how the work usually goes on this ground, and it can be rewritten at any time. What binds either of us is the estimate with your signature on it, and not a word of this page.

Photographs, figures and reviews

The project pictures on this site are finished jobs, each with the measurement that belongs to it. They show what gets built, not what yours will cost or how it will look. A driveway on a 1912 lot in the historic district and a patio behind a 1970s tract house are not comparable jobs; what decides either one is what is under it, how a truck gets to it, and the wording on the sheet you signed. Reviews are quoted as written, on the platform named beside them, and are not edited here.

Three things you can check

Three claims made here are checkable, so check them. The license: search the license register for this business and the C-8 Concrete class comes back, held with the California Contractors State License Board. The cover: liability insurance on every job, certificate emailed on request. The guarantee: it is about workmanship, depth, base, joints, finish, and it does not reach ground that travels further than the joints were laid out to absorb, or a load the slab was never poured for.

Limits, and the law that applies

This site is published as it stands, with no warranty attached to it. Every page here generalises: it describes how the trade usually goes on this ground, and it is not advice about your address. Anyone acting on a web page rather than on a measured estimate does so on their own account. What each side owes the other is written on the estimate first and in the signed contract after it.
